Is Proofora available?
Yes. Create an account, pay securely and your project access is activated automatically.
Does Proofora replace an architect or inspector?
No. Proofora structures agreements, evidence and decisions. Only a qualified inspector can perform a technical inspection.
My contractor already sends WhatsApp photos. What is different?
Loose photos do not show which milestone, agreement or decision they belong to. Proofora turns them into a verifiable project record.
Can Proofora prevent all fraud?
No. It improves traceability and creates an audit trail, but does not claim digital evidence eliminates all fraud.
What does Proofora cost?
Proofora Project Control costs €495 including VAT once for one complete building project and 12 months of access. Extension is €195 including VAT per year.

Your project data remains yours.
We process only the data required for your account, payment, project workspace and secure collaboration. We do not sell your data or use it for unsolicited advertising.
What do we store?
Your account details, payment record and the project information you add.
Why?
To provide access, process payments and operate your project workspace.
How long?
Your project record is retained while it remains in your account, including after the paid term ends. It then becomes read-only. To close or delete it, contact info@proofora.nl. Financial records subject to mandatory retention are handled separately.
